Dentals Requiring Anesthesia

Vet Connection, Inc. is now offering both Non-Anesthetic and Full Anesthetic Dentals

Candidates for Full Anesthetic Dentals are pets who require more extensive cleaning, full mouth x-rays, extractions or your pet will not cooperate with the non-anesthetic dental process. VC offers the complete and full anesthetic dentals. A full blood panel including a Heartworm, Erhlica, Anaplasma, Lyme's (4Dx), fecal with Giardia, and vaccinations (decided by doctor at time of per-examination office call) are required for all Anesthetic Dentals, if your pet needs bloodwork drawn, we require you have the lab work done prior to the dental procedure because we do not have in-house diagnostics. If you have any questions or would like to set up a dental, please give us a call at (916) 989-0738

Types of dental procedures that require cleaning under anesthesia:

Major tooth extractions or other dental work such as root canals, fillings, etc., CANNOT be performed with this dental technique. If major dental work is required you will be informed and directed to have your animal evaluated for dental with general anesthesia.
