Dr Jyl's Patient Consulations
A $185.00 deposit is required to hold all new client and new consultation in clinic appointments. All phone consultations for IV Vitamin C, Ozone, and Mistletoe Therapy a $300.00 deposit is required. A $100.00 non-refundable fee will be debited once a deposit is completed if the in-clinic appointment is cancelled prior to the appointment scheduled. New consultations may take up to two hours.
Please have all medical records, bloodwork, radiographs(x-rays), and any other diagnostics your pet had previously performed.

It is important we receive all records prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow the doctor to review your pets history prior to the appointment and decrease waiting time.
